General properties of Steel Hexagon Nut (White zinc plated)

• Made from low carbon steel which has high toughness and is difficult to break
• Manufactured according to Japanese standard JIS B 1181:1964
• Made From material mild steel
• White color zinc plated Cr6+
• The unit of measurement is millimeters (Metrics).
• The thread spacing of each size nut head is specified after the thread diameter. For example, an M8 nut head has a thread pitch pitch of 1.25 mm. It will be written in the option format M8-1.25, etc.
  
• Use with screws or male nuts. Millimeter standards (Metrics) such as M6 nut heads can be used with M6 diameter screws, etc.
  

Precautions

• White plated metrics nut, not equivilant to DIN934 Black Nut white zinc plated.
  
• White plated metrics nut have some sizes that are fine threaded and have smaller AF (Across Flat) than DIN934 Standard.

Pitch and AF of each size will be as per follows:

• M3-0.5 X AF 5.5mm
  
• M4-0.7 X AF 7.0mm
  
• M5-0.8 X AF 8.0mm
  
• M6-1.0 X AF 10.0mm
  
• M8-1.25 X AF 12.0mm
  
• M10-1.25 X AF 14.0mm
  
• M12-1.5 X AF 17.0mm
